Digital Detox

All our programs are designed with digital detox built into the experience.

At Savitur, our residential programs create a space where digital devices are completely kept aside. The mind is no longer pulled from one notification to another, from one piece of information to the next.

Life becomes simple again.

Yoga. Nature. Silence. Satsang. Fresh vegetarian food. Rest. Conversation. Time to observe what is happening within.

What changes inside

On the first day, your hand keeps going to the pocket. That is the mind asking for its usual feed. By the second or third day, the asking slows down.

You finish a thought. You stay with one thing for a long time. You sleep deeply and wake up without hurry. You start to see your own habits, the same worries going round and round, and you can watch them without fighting them. Talking with another person feels different, because you are actually there. And you remember what matters to you.

How it lives in each program

Tattva Dhara
You arrive from a life of calls, mails and meetings. Here, for the first few days, none of it reaches you. The mind gets its first real pause, and the practice begins on that ground.

Niramaya Sutra
The body heals when it is allowed to follow its own rhythm. With no screens, you wake, eat, move and rest as the body asks. Simple food and gentle practice do their work easily.

Tattva Samadhi
Meditation goes deep when the mind is not being refilled every few minutes. Without devices, silence becomes familiar, and each day’s sitting carries into the next.

Tattva Siddhi
Change needs steady practice and honest looking. With no outside pull, you can stay with it. What you learn here goes back home with you.

Digital detox is not an activity we offer. It is part of the way we live during the program.
